Terms and Conditions

Please read the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS agreement carefully. By accessing or using our website or our services, you hereby agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and all terms herein by reference. It is the responsibility of you, the user, customer, or prospective customer to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to use this site. 

The present terms and conditions are a legal agreement between you and PS Love LLC. 

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services:

For all services, all payments must be submitted before the time of service. All learning sessions must be booked at least two days in advance. Prices for services are attached to the actual booking schedule. If agreed upon services are not long term with designated days and times, the days and time slots of availability are on a first come first serve basis as there are only 1-on-1 sessions available. However, you may book as early as two weeks in advance if you choose. The schedule only opens up for one week at a time.

Custom/Personalized Orders:

All customized, or personalized orders are final. However, if there are any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to us for your pleasant experience to be complete. Please inspect all products upon arrival to you. If there is a flaw in the actual design, we will be glad to replace the item within 30 days. Items of such may include: an error in spelling. To submit the error, please send a clear photo of the item and your order number in an email to pslovellc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your item per the delivery date that can be found via your confirmation of purchase. 

All items have a strong finish, and a few tips are provided to maintain care. Improper handling of items can cause them to change over time. Please see details listed with each creation. 

Due to customization, we do not offer returns for incorrect size. Be sure to double check sizes before you check out. 

Boutique Items:

There are no refunds on special sale items. All items are inspected before shipping out and packaged to withstand the shipment process. However, please reach out to us if you have a concern. 

Digital Prints:

All designs are for PERSONAL use only.
